The Hampshires neighborhood entrance

About & Community

A wooded neighborhood with roots in Milton.

Sixty homes under a hardwood canopy — and the neighbors, events, and traditions that make it home.

Neighborhood Overview

The Hampshires is an established neighborhood in Milton, Georgia featuring approximately 60 homes, mature wooded surroundings, and a strong sense of community. Tree-lined streets, generous lots, and a community pool give the neighborhood its quiet, residential character.

Community History

Development of The Hampshires began around 2005 by Peachtree Residential, an Atlanta-area homebuilder known for established communities throughout north Fulton. In January 2015, The Hampshires was featured on Atlanta's Best New Homes TV, highlighting the neighborhood's wooded estate feel and the quality of its homes.

Twenty years on, the neighborhood remains one of Milton's quieter treasures — close to schools, shopping, and downtown Crabapple, while still tucked beneath a hardwood canopy.

As seen on Atlanta's Best New Homes TV.
